Obligation of Joint Stock Companies to Have a Lawyer
According to the 3rd paragraph of the 35th article of the Attorneyship Law, joint stock companies with a capital of five times or more than the basic capital amount stipulated in the Commercial Code No. 6102, that is, joint stock companies with a capital of 250,000 TL or more, are obliged to have a contracted lawyer.
